Lighting Our Community, Creating a Safer Environment

As part of our commitment to improving the safety and well-being of our community, BOCEM has supported the installation of more than 30 solar-powered lights along community streets.

These lights have brought much-needed visibility to areas that were previously dark at night, making it safer and more comfortable for residents and visitors to move around after sunset.

A Sustainable Solution

The Klere Klere initiative is also a step toward a more sustainable community. By using solar energy, we are taking advantage of a clean and renewable source of power while reducing reliance on traditional electricity.

A Community Impact

Residents have welcomed the project and appreciated the improved lighting in their neighborhoods. More than simply lighting our streets, Klere Klere represents what we can accomplish when our community comes together around a shared goal.

As we move forward, we hope to expand the initiative and bring solar lighting to additional areas that need it most.
